Just The Shows Vol. 2
Doesn’t this just look utterly lovely?

It's amazing what a bit of late night Googling can do. Seb, Cappsy and I were having a discussion about whether Doug Naylor used to be really fat, so I searched for "Doug Naylor" on Google Images. After a while, it came up with this page. From what we can tell, it's the Estonian version of Last Human!
But just look at that cover illustration. We think it's supposed to be the Snugiraffe, throwing up over some prisoners. Two things to point out: 1) The Snugiraffe didn't throw up everywhere, it was the people that saw it that threw up; 2) the artist obviously couldn't be arsed to read past Part One Chapter One, otherwise he'd have drawn something that actually had something to do with the main plots and themes of the book.
Wee-ird.
Yep, we messed up. On what, you ask? TM:YNYN - that's what. And as IMDb lists some of our goofs, I thought I'd explain them away for you all in true PiP style...
Just to let you all know that I've whacked up the spam controls here, as we're being fucking inundated at the moment. Don't worry if your comment doesn't appear immediately - I'll approve them.

In the words of Arnold J. : "Ohhhhhhh dear. Oh dear oh dear oh dear."
Well... I suppose... he might have a bit more free time to do the movie, now?
I've mused on this on the Webboard, too, but I'm wondering if the Mirror have it in for Craig, or something - since they always seem to be the ones who publish stories about him potentially getting the sack from Corrie. Now they look like they'll have succeeded in making it happen...
EDIT : Yep, suspended from Corrie, say the Beeb...
LISTER: I'm on fire!
CAT: Water!
KOCHANSKI: Somebody help me!
Rave on Air is the largest student broadcasting event in the UK, held annually at Ravensbourne College. But far more exciting than the event itself today, I've just found out that Ed Bye was once a student there.
There's an excellent game on the BBC Who website at the moment called The Wire's Last Message. You have to trawl through the archives to piece together a message from The Wire. And one of the clips is Holly's series one distress call!
If you're lucky enough to have a UK Nova account at the moment, get over there and download an edition of The South Bank Show from 1990, on the topic of Spitting Image. Grant and Naylor aren't involved, but Chris Barrie does lots of voices. There's some great clips, some spectacular point-missing from pompous twats such as Sir Robin Day and Ted Heath, Mary Whitehouse getting the piss mercilessly ripped out of her by three puppets, and Roy Hattersley being interviewed by Roy Hattersley. Can't recommend it enough.
I simply could not resi... *BANG*.
Hurrah! Mike Tucker, Peter Tyler (not Rose's dad), Nick Kool and Nick Brennan have just been on Totally Doctor Who! Nice little feature on the block of flats being blown up in The Christmas Invasion. For some bizarre reason, they credited Peter Tyler as 'Mark Holt'. Stupid sods.
It's repeated on the CBBC channel tomorrow (Friday) at 6:30pm. Or if you've not got digital, it'll be on Poo Gay Rover from tonight, if previous weeks are anything to go by.
It's unfortunate that Observation Dome has only just surfaced from an extended period of sporadic technical hitches, but now that we're back in a more permanent way, I'd like to remind you all of the existence of DwarfWiki.
Getting involved in mobile content, it seems.
I really can't be arsed with watching telly on the move. I'm perfectly happy listening to music, or old radio shows. Am I just a boring old fart?
"Didn't want to call it a magic door."
Almost certainly pure coincidence, but it didn't stop me shouting "Well why didn't you say?" Because I'm a cunt.
We're really back!
Sorry about that. A long tale of woe and server trouble, coupled with me being tired, lazy and away for the weekend. But all sorted now. Additionally, all the ridiculous slowness we've been experiencing over the past few months has disappeared, as we're now on a different server.
So, erm, get on with it then. DwarfWiki is our major project at the moment - so go and some fun adding Brittas episode credits, or something. We've got a couple more things in the pipeline - more soon...
We're back!
